Phil Cranmer is a passionate and devoted community leader who has been an active resident of the City of Milton, GA, for the past 17 years. With a heart for community service and an unwavering commitment to preserving the unique nature of Milton, Phil has dedicated himself to enhancing the quality of life for all residents. Alongside his wife, Christina, and their two children, Phil is a proud resident of the Bethany Creek Subdivision, where his family's values are deeply rooted in the community's rich agrarian and equestrian heritage.

Education and Professional Career

Phil holds an undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University and an MBA from Kennesaw State. As the Vice President of Marketing at CDL Nuclear Technologies, Phil utilizes his skills in marketing and business development to lead innovative projects that resonate with his passion for community service.

Community Engagement and Achievements

In his six years as the Bethany Creek HOA president, Phil has proven to be a dynamic leader. He has effectively collaborated with Bethany Creek residents on matters most important to them.  Under Phil’s leadership, neighborhood surveys have been completed to help understand and prioritize initiatives that are most important to the residents.  Phil has also worked closely with Milton City staff on HOA related matters over the years.  

Phil’s engagement doesn’t stop at the HOA; he volunteers at the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Parish Council for St. Thomas Aquinas, The Knights of Columbus, Habitat for Humanity, and The Drake House. His extensive involvement in different capacities shows a multi-faceted approach to community service.

Vision and Stance on Key Issues

Phil's vision for Milton is centered on safeguarding its unique character by maintaining the precious green spaces and continuing the city's agrarian and equestrian traditions. He is resolute in his belief that the charm of Milton must be preserved for future generations.

A cornerstone of Phil's campaign is bridging the gap between government, residents, and businesses. He aims to ensure that the government focuses on serving the entire community, making it more accessible and responsive to the needs of the residents.

Personal Life

Phil and his wife Christina have been married for 16 years. They have two daughters who are entering 3rd and 7th grade. Phil enjoys volunteering on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Parish Council for St. Thomas Aquinas, The Knights of Columbus, Habitat for Humanity and The Drake House. When he is not volunteering, he is spending time with his family traveling, cooking, hiking and boating on Lake Lanier. Phil earned his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University and MBA at Kennesaw State. Phil currently works as the Vice President of Marketing for CDL Nuclear Technologies.
